ANGLICAN CHURCH OF CANADA
Building Bonds of Faith and Friendship
At St. Peter's, we believe that the Christian life is best lived in community. Through fellowship events, gatherings, and shared service, we build relationships that support and encourage one another in faith.
Stay after Sunday service for coffee, tea, and conversation. It's a wonderful time to welcome newcomers and catch up with parish friends.
Regular parish meetings provide opportunities for fellowship, discussion of parish business, and shared decision-making. All parish members are welcome.
Throughout the year, we host potluck suppers, seasonal celebrations, and other social gatherings that bring our community together in joy and fellowship.
Faith grows deeper in smaller gatherings. We offer opportunities for Bible study, prayer groups, and fellowship on a more intimate level.
Each November 11th, our parish gathers at the cenotaph for a solemn Remembrance Day service, honoring those from our communities who served and sacrificed in defense of freedom. This tradition connects generations and reminds us of the cost of peace.
We reach beyond our church walls to serve our neighbors and community, partnering with local organizations to address real needs.
Our parish supports various charitable causes and mission initiatives, sharing God's love through practical assistance to those in need.
As faithful stewards of God's creation, we engage in environmental care efforts, recognizing our responsibility to protect the natural world.
Whether you're looking for meaningful friendships, opportunities to serve, or simply a place to belong, we invite you to join our parish family at St. Peter's.
